Terrorist

Cracks in your ice, spark of anger. We sat on the southern banks and watched some ancient Liberian freighter float by, some relic from another time in some vanquished, ugly world.

Sinking sand, you have no idea what some people are capable of, they're dead inside and they can make you that way too. Blow up your makeshift castle, make knives glow red, frighten the sunlight, the kerosene eyed rocks on the shoreline, spit and blood spatter, how people stand in the rain like dumb farm animals, she is like a drug store convict, some felon among the jagged rocks, I said to her would you like to go with me, she burns only for me, turned a good life into bad, her mind has worried eyes, vicious thoughts, hand in hand, to the end, the end.
