Apology

Imagine Emily and her oak trees and park bench, people happy as crickets, Laurel Park, those rocks are mine, the no swimming sign. It's a complex fracture, drunk as fuck sometimes, watch the boats drift into the light. A light for me, my light.

I'm sorry I go ballistic, I explode and it's flames and toxic poison for everyone, I've angered every friend I know. I take one moment of bliss and try and make it last forever but it doesn't, it can't. I'm suffering and you are everyone. I am alone and they are everybody. I miss my brother. I can't be silent when my heart speaks, it hurts, this hurts me, it's the only thing that does, this, right now, this, it's unbearable, it's like being the sun and everyone looks at you and you can't speak, but they see you, you see me, now pass me by and forgive me.
